Pat Philipps, MSW, MEd

Director of Social Services, Pat Philipps, MSW, MEd, has 22 years experience as a social worker at EMMC working with children and adults. She provides social work services as well as supervises and coordinates all aspects of PCHC’s social services, case work, volunteer, and other related programs. She has been widely recognized in the Bangor region as one of its most effective and compassionate advocates for children and adults.
